Placing Orders

To place an order, simply fill out the information form to provide us with details about your special occasion and complete the checkout process.  Once you place an order, we will immediately begin designing your personalized labels for the lids.  We will provide you with several lid design choices and work with you via email to ensure the labels are exactly what you are looking for.  Once you accept the final proof of the label and remit payment, we will begin the production of your favors.  Since all aspects of the favors are custom, please allow 2 - 4 weeks processing time for most orders.

Shipping

You will be able to choose your shipping method during the checkout process.  Items are shipped via USPS and UPS services.  USPS Priority shipments usually arrive within in 2 - 3 business days of shipment.  UPS Ground shipments usually arrive within 2 - 5 business days of shipment.  Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered.

For better shipping rates on orders over 125 favors, please choose the "Submit Order and Pay Offline" payment option and we will email shipping options and rates to you.

Returns

Since our products are completely customized, we are unable to accept returns.  It is important that you carefully review the final proof for the labels before remitting payment.  Should any products arrive damaged, we will promptly provide replacement favors.

Payments

We will begin production of your favors once we receive your payment.  We accept PayPal, personal checks (which must clear before we begin order processing) and money orders.  No refunds will be provided for canceled orders once we receive payment.

Privacy

We keep all of your personal information strictly confidential.  The information you provide to us will be used solely by Favor It Occasions to process your order.  We will not distribute or sell any of your information or allow any access by third parties to your information unless required to do so by law.  We do not keep payment information on file.
